Homestead

Homestead is located in the southernmost points of Florida’s mainland.

Most people pass through Homestead while on their way south, usually to the Florida Keys. Homestead is also a jumping-off-point for Everglades National Park.

Homestead has a large contingent of agricultural operations, and is known for farming avocados and other warm-weather vegetables, fruits and crops.
